Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Mushrooms

Gently clean 16 large mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove the stems. Set the caps aside and finely chop the stems.

Mince 2 cloves of garlic and finely chop 1/4 cup of fresh parsley. In a bowl, mix the chopped mushroom stems, minced garlic, chopped parsley, 8 oz of cream cheese, 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper until well combined.

Stuff the Mushrooms

Spoon the filling into each mushroom cap, pressing gently to ensure the mixture is compact.
