Bake sweet potatoes

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash and dry the sweet potatoes, then pierce them with a fork. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 45-60 minutes, or until tender when pierced with a fork.

Allow the baked sweet potatoes to cool slightly, then peel and mash them in a large bowl.
