Read instructions and get ready to cook
Blend Tofu Mixture
In a blender, combine 16 oz of silken tofu, 1/2 cup of maple syrup, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
Prepare Coffee
Brew 1 cup of espresso or strong coffee. Allow it to cool slightly.
Dip Ladyfingers
Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee. Ensure they are moist but not soggy.
Layer Ladyfingers
Arrange a layer of coffee-soaked ladyfingers at the bottom of an 8x8 inch dish.
Spread Tofu Mixture
Pour half of the tofu mixture over the ladyfingers, spreading evenly.
Add Second Layer
Repeat steps 3 and 4 to create a second layer of coffee-soaked ladyfingers.
Top with Tofu Mixture
Spread the remaining tofu mixture over the top layer of ladyfingers.
Chill
Cover and refrigerate the tiramisu for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to set.
Dust with Cocoa
Before serving, dust the top of the tiramisu with unsweetened cocoa powder.
