Steps

Read instructions and get ready to cook

1
Spiralize zucchini

Wash 2 medium zucchinis. Cut off the ends. Use a spiralizer (handheld, countertop, or julienne peeler) to cut zucchini into long noodle-like strands. If you don’t have a spiralizer, slice zucchini into very thin strips with a knife or vegetable peeler.

2
Cook turkey

Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in skillet. Add 1 lb ground turkey, 1 tsp salt, and ½ tsp black pepper. Cook until browned.

3
Prep tomatoes and garlic

Dice 4 medium tomatoes. Peel and mince 2 garlic cloves.

4
Make sauce

Add tomatoes and garlic to turkey. Simmer 10 minutes until thickened.

5
Add zucchini noodles

Toss zucchini noodles into sauce. Cook 2–3 minutes until just tender.

6
Finish with basil

Chop 2 tbsp fresh basil. Sprinkle on top before serving.
